The new 238,000 SF high school for the White River School District replaced the previous building, which was constructed in the early 1900s. Designed to accommodate 1,600 students and 120 faculty members, the facility includes a variety of vocational and technical areas. The construction features architectural and structural masonry, structural steel, and cast-in-place concrete, with a mix of exposed wood post and beam elements.
Key amenities include a 430-seat theater and a commercial kitchen. Additionally, Bayley constructed a regulation-size football field surrounded by a track and field course, a baseball field, a softball field, and three tennis courts. The project also includes two gymnasiums, providing ample space for sports and physical education activities.
