Bayley  completed  a  tenant  improvement  at  the  University  of  Washington,  including  the  addition  of  a  3,000  SF partial mezzanine in the existing space at the HEC Edmunson Bank of America Arena at the University of Washington.  Work also included selective demolition of existing finishes, construction of a golf club repair facility, creation of class room spaces, locker room, custom indoor chipping, putting and driving surfaces for golf training with digital  analysis  equipment  and  new  glass  entry  from  the  existing  Bank  of  America  arena  concourse  into  the  training facility.
