A new 92,714 SF, four-story apartment building that features 140 units and a recreation room. Building work consisted of wood framed structure & trusses built on a 9” thick post-tensioned slab on grade. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are 1” thick gypcrete over plywood. Exterior siding is a combination of stucco, hardie board siding and a 10’ high brick veneer. The building includes two MRL hydraulic elevators and two trash chutes in a CMU enclosure. Interior finishes consists of new carpet, vinyl flooring and paint. Site work included new utilities (water, sewer, fire and storm), along with a MaxWell Plus drywell system to manage the on-site stormwater. The site work also included new asphalt paved parking lot and striping, landscape, an outdoor seating area and fenced-in dog park.
