The Aster Hotel, an exclusive “social club” in the heart of Hollywood, opposite the iconic Capitol Records building, is operated by Salt Hotels—a hospitality expert dedicated to crafting a welcoming “home” for guests. Featuring 35 residential-style suites ranging from 720 to 1,100 square feet, The Aster offers a unique and luxurious experience.

Aster Park, opening onto the 2nd-floor pool deck, the 5th-floor Club Lounge, and the rooftop Lemon Grove, provides guests with three distinctive options for dining, craft beverages, and seasonal entertainment. The hotel also boasts The Cinema screening room, a private Sound Studio, the Gym & Wellness Suite, The Salon, the Cabaret, and private Work Studios and Conference Rooms.

Bayley successfully completed tenant improvement work throughout the hotel, including the 1st Floor Lobby, Aster Park, the Pool Deck, the Suites, the Sound Studio, the Lemon Grove, and the 6th-floor rooftop deck. What began as a small-scale project, transforming an existing suite into a “model room,” quickly expanded after witnessing Bayley’s capabilities. The scope grew to encompass upgrades on all six floors.

Throughout the project, Bayley collaborated with other vendors and subcontractors contracted directly by the owner. Operating seamlessly around the hotel’s ongoing activities, Bayley accelerated construction efforts on the rooftop deck to facilitate a private event for the Aster team, marking the property’s re-opening. As a testament to our success, Bayley has since been consulted on additional hospitality projects for the property owner, Stockdale Capital Partners, LLC.
