Renovation of a 2,300 SF area within an existing middle school. Scope of work included temporarily relocating the school nurse’s office and expanding the school’s health program by converting two classrooms into a health clinic operated by HealthPoint. This expansion included four new exam rooms, nurse’s office and cot room, two new restrooms, a lab and an office. The reception area and entire corridor features custom graphic wall panels. The reception area also features baffle ceilings, custom stone reception desk and dimensional lettering. We were able to save the owner $12,000 by lowering the wall heights that were not adding value.
