Tenant improvement and construction of a 2 floor, 11,647 SF restaurant space in SeaTac International Airport. The first floor work consisted of the build-out of a new 5,148 SF restaurant for Salty’s at the Sea and level 6 mezzanine work consists of a 6,499 SF BrewTop Social Restaurant and Bar. This project is LEED Certified.
