Phased construction of this 166,000 SF Seattle retail destination included the complete renovation of the existing entrance to make the building more enticing to the general public, as well as the addition of an entry on 7th and Olive to improve building access. A complete interior refresh was also completed, with new flooring, ceilings, column covers, lighting, glass guardrails and new tenant storefronts.
