The eight-phase remodel was conducted in an occupied 70,000 square-foot facility. The comprehensive renovation included the installation of new mechanical systems, electrical distribution, and telecommunications distribution. Structural modifications, seismic upgrades, integration of new audio/visual equipment, reroofing, and enhancements such as new interior partitions, casework, ceilings, flooring, and paint were also part of the project.

To ensure smooth operations throughout the duration, daily huddles and pre-task planning sessions were conducted with our MEP trade partners. This approach facilitated effective communication between our team and the City of Kirkland, allowing them to remain operational during the remodeling process.
