The Husky Ballpark project included the further development of facilities located in the East Campus area and included two phases. This Design-Build project was located over the former Montlake Landfill area and preliminary design recommendations include utilizing a floating concrete foundation system for the structures.

Phase 1: Construction of the new 9,000 SF Wayne Gittinger Team Building with locker rooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, coach’s office and locker area, umpire locker area, elevator to second floor and the concourse level and a field-viewing deck.

Phase 2: Construction of grandstands with 2,500 seats, rearloaded concourse, partial roof, press box, luxury boxes, home and visitor’s dugouts, ticketing, concessions, public restrooms and site development, including grading, paving, drainage, fencing, utilities, lighting and signage.
