The new Recreation and Wellness Center will provide the incarcerated youth males at the Green Hill School with opportunities for wellness, health, and decompression. An existing building was demolished and construction is ongoing on the occupied secured institutional site with limited site access. Within its high-performance envelope, the building houses two gyms, a weight room, yoga studio, a multipurpose room and outdoor covered sports areas. The project will be is a NetZero Energy Building and will be pursuing LEED Gold Certification.
