Tenant improvement project to build out a high level finish two floor gym for Equinox. The first floor comprises of their reception, sales office, merchandise store, managers offices, kids club, the elevator and stairwell up to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor comprises of locker rooms, spa area, steam rooms, Yoga/Barre studio, a cycling studio, Pilates, a group fitness room, a strength and cardio floor and two outdoor patio lounges with the fitness rooms all being installed on elevated jack slabs or isolated wood floors for acoustic purposes.
