The Arts Complex project comprised two buildings along with associated site work. The Classroom Building features 30 on-grade parking stalls on the ground level, covering an area of 9,755 square feet. Within this building, there are 4,698 square feet dedicated to classroom space, including a music/band area, restrooms, storage, and an instrument repair room. The second floor of the Classroom Building encompasses 11,731 square feet, accommodating classrooms, offices, drama and TV studio space.

The second building is the Auditorium, spanning 13,921 square feet. It includes an auditorium with stepped seating, a raised stage, dressing rooms, catwalk, control room, scene shop, lobby, concessions, ticketing, and restrooms. Additional aspects of the project involved shoring, demolition, vertical transportation, and site work.
