The Capitol Hill Food Hall included a beer bar, burger restaurant, bakery, coffee shop and two large seating areas. This project consisted of the demolition of the previous tenant improvements to build 6,880 SF of commercial bar/restaurant space with supplementary food service in Concourse C at Sea-Tac Airport. The scope included new walls, interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, and food service equipment, as well as modifications to the existing sprinkler system.
