This tenant improvement was the preparation of the shell for a new Bowlero, including a new storefront, exterior improvements, additional HVAC units, modifications to the interior framing, flooring preparation and other minor adjustments. Bayley also completed the build out of the 30,808 SF, highly themed bowling alley, including bar, kitchen area and arcade games. Project required a high degree of coordination with owner-managed contractors including graphics, bowling lane specialists, bowling controls/ scoring, lighting controls, owner-furnished contractor installed kitchen equipment and owner-furnished lighting.
