The project entailed the construction of a new 44-story hotel with 2,600 rooms, a 1.3 million square-foot casino, and associated back-of-house facilities, kitchens, and dining areas. The hotel and casino complex boasted 10 distinct restaurants and 110,000 square feet of kitchen space. Notably, the Employee Dining Room accommodated 4,000 seats and served approximately 7,000 meals to employees daily.

The comprehensive renovation of the 7,000-seat Performing Arts Theater included interior demolition, seismic upgrades, and the removal and replacement of the exterior skin. Spanning a 32-acre site, the project involved extensive site work and utilities. Additionally, construction efforts extended to the development of a new 900,000 square-foot mall, a 10-story parking structure accommodating 4,500 cars, and a ballroom convention space measuring 40,000 square feet.
